Do I have to be 18 or older to rent a Storage Unit?Yes. To rent a Storage Unit, customers must have legal capacity and therefore be legally recognized as an adult. In New Zealand, this is limited to persons 18 years and over.

How can I pay?Payment of rental fees is via Bank Transfer (Automatic Payment/Direct Credit).

Are there any items that I am not able to store?There are items/materials which may not be stored on our premises due to legal/safety/hygiene reasons. These include liquids, flammable substances/combustibles, explosive, radioactive or toxic materials, munitions and perishables (organic materials). Our Terms and Conditions also prohibit the storage of items that are either; irreplaceable or exceeding a dollar value of $NZD2000.00 in aggregate, unless specifically itemized on the Storer's personal contents insurance policy. Illegal or unlawfully acquired items are prohibited. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

How much notice must I give when cancelling my contract?All contracts have a notice period of three business days to the end of the rental period/billing cycle.

How long is the minimum rental period?We pride ourselves on being responsive to client needs and flexible where it counts. That means you have the flexibility to store for as little as one week, or for longer term as required.

Does the Unit have electricity of lights?None of our Storage Units have lights or electricity inside them. Our Sheds do have power and lighting.

Do I need to give notice when I move out?Yes. Please advise our office via email when your Unit is cleaned and ready for inspection. On your departure, please take all of your belongings, and remove your lock.
